About
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who has spent at least a year in a hands-on NDIS support role — such as a disability support worker, peer worker, or allied health assistant — and is ready to grow. You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values open communication, adaptability, and collaboration.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re personable, solutions-focused, and confident navigating sensitive or complex conversations. The work is dynamic and fast-moving, so being organised, punctual, and quick to adapt will serve you well — especially when supporting participants in the community or over the phone.
The role is 37.5 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid break). You’ll be based in our Springwood office. Face-to-face visits across Greater Brisbane are a regular part of the role.

Personal & Person-Centred Approach
Goal-Focused & Flexible Supports
A trusted service provider. Loved by many participants.
I really appreciate Chanel. Ever since she came into my life, she has got things done. I was homeless, living on the streets in my wheelchair and had no support from the people who are paid to care for me. She has worked hard to get me support that I need. A new NDIS plan with SDA funding. And a place that I can call home and feel comfortable in. You really don't know how much I am thankful for you.
