About

Flow Support is seeking a committed and compassionate Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach (PRC) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in psychosocial support or community services who is ready to step into a structured, participant-focused position — with mentorship and opportunities to grow into a long-term career.

This is a remote-first role with regular face-to-face participant engagement in the Greater Brisbane region.

Why Flow Support?

If you value purpose over prestige, connection over competition, and people over profits — you’ll fit right in.

We are a small, community-focused provider that puts people first — both our participants and our team.

We can’t offer corporate salary ladders, but we do offer something different:

  • A safe, supportive, and genuinely trauma-informed environment

  • A team that knows you by name

  • Mentorship, connection, and meaningful work every day

If you’re looking for somewhere to belong — not just somewhere to work — this might be the place for you.

Our Values

Flow Support is a values-driven organisation built on compassion, integrity, and empowerment. We’re committed to ethical practice, inclusive service delivery, and ongoing growth — both for our participants and our team.

We Celebrate Diversity

  • Maintain up-to-date case notes and documentation

  • Attend supervision and participate in team check-ins

  • Contribute to workflow improvements and participant outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert IIII or higher in Mental Health, Community Services, or a related field (required for SCHADS Level 2.2 classification)

  • A genuine interest in psychosocial recovery and supporting participant goals

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

  • High level of emotional regulation and ability to take on feedback constructively

  • A positive, professional attitude and desire to contribute to a happy, values-aligned team

  • Self willingness to learn about the NDIS, including ethical scope, documentation, and best practice

  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for face-to-face participant support

Personal & Person-Centred Approach

Goal-Focused & Flexible Supports

A trusted service provider. Loved by many participants.

I really appreciate Chanel. Ever since she came into my life, she has got things done. I was homeless, living on the streets in my wheelchair and had no support from the people who are paid to care for me. She has worked hard to get me support that I need. A new NDIS plan with SDA funding. And a place that I can call home and feel comfortable in. You really don't know how much I am thankful for you.
