Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Permanent Part-Time

Greater Region Brisbane, QLD (remote-first, but face-to-face required)

Flow Support is seeking a committed and compassionate Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach (PRC) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in psychosocial support or community services who is ready to step into a structured, participant-focused position — with mentorship and opportunities to grow into a long-term career.

You will play a key role in supporting NDIS participants to understand and navigate their plans, connect with appropriate services, and work toward meaningful recovery and capacity-building goals.

This is a remote-first role with regular face-to-face participant engagement in the Greater Brisbane region.

Why Flow Support?

If you value purpose over prestige, connection over competition, and people over profits — you’ll fit right in.

We are a small, community-focused provider that puts people first — both our participants and our team.

We can’t offer corporate salary ladders, but we do offer something different:

  • A safe, supportive, and genuinely trauma-informed environment

  • A team that knows you by name

  • Mentorship, connection, and meaningful work every day

If you’re looking for somewhere to belong — not just somewhere to work — this might be the place for you.

Our Values

Flow Support is a values-driven organisation built on compassion, integrity, and empowerment. We’re committed to ethical practice, inclusive service delivery, and ongoing growth — both for our participants and our team.

We Celebrate Diversity

Flow Support is an equal opportunity employer. We proudly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and those with lived experience of mental health or disability.

Counsellor (NDIS & Private Clients)

Contractor

Greater Region Brisbane, QLD

Flow Support is inviting expressions of interest from a compassionate, ethical, and adaptable Contractor Counsellor to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across both:

  • NDIS-funded counselling with a focus on capacity building under the Improved Daily Living domain

  • Private counselling, supporting individuals seeking therapeutic support for personal growth, wellbeing, or recovery

In the NDIS stream, this is not a traditional or open-ended therapy role. Counselling is delivered within the NDIS scope of practice, focused on helping participants build practical skills such as emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, coping strategies, and functional independence — all aligned with their NDIS goals.

You do not need prior NDIS experience — we provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you navigate the NDIS framework with confidence and clarity.

Australia-Wide Services Available

Personal & Person-Centred Approach

Goal-Focused & Flexible Supports

A trusted service provider. Loved by many participants.

I really appreciate Chanel. Ever since she came into my life, she has got things done. I was homeless, living on the streets in my wheelchair and had no support from the people who are paid to care for me. She has worked hard to get me support that I need. A new NDIS plan with SDA funding. And a place that I can call home and feel comfortable in. You really don't know how much I am thankful for you.

Craig T

Chanel has specialised knowledge in the area of mental health support and is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a Support Coordinator that approaches their clients as individuals not numbers.
